Custom Uploads: Items featuring custom designs uploaded by the customer (including file submissions through our contact form) are considered custom prints and are made-to-order. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for custom print items unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

Hashtag Use: #ProudToBeTimpanu is our official hashtag for social media. It can be used to show support and share experiences but cannot be used for merchandising purposes unless the merchandise is purchased directly from our store. This hashtag represents our brand and is protected accordingly.
